How is Swapcard priced?

Swapcard pricing is built around (1) a license, (2) usage volume, and (3) add-ons and services.
What does “license” mean?
The license is the base subscription that gives access to the platform and the features included in the selected plan.
What does “volume” mean? What do I actually pay for?
Volume is the number of Event Contacts included and consumed during the subscription term, measured as Attendees and/or Exhibitors (depending on the customer’s setup and business model). Customers can buy additional volume during the term if needed.
What’s the difference between an Attendee and an Exhibitor for pricing?
- An Attendee is a unique individual who is registered to, uploaded to, or interacts with at least one event during the term (excluding organizer personnel).
- An Exhibitor is a unique company page that participates in at least one event and has at least one member attached to it.
What are “add-ons” and “services”?
- Add-ons expand the product capabilities (for example, additional modules, branded experiences, exhibitor-related capabilities).
- Services cover implementation and support options (for example, scoped support plans, additional customer support time, onsite services).
Can I pay monthly or cancel anytime?
No monthly billing. All plans are annual with net-30 payment terms. Early termination requires 90 days notice before the subscription end date; access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
