How should I prepare for my interview and do you have any tips?

First, be yourself. At Swapcard, we want to welcome people as they are, without having to wear a mask to fit any homogenizing standards. Second, find a place that is quiet and maybe has some items that inspire or bring you peace. Wear clothes you feel comfortable in. Try doing something you enjoy before the interview. Long story short, find those small things that make you feel best about yourself as we can’t wait to meet that version of you.

Where are you located? Do I have to move to work at Swapcard?

We have an office in Paris, France and in Lisbon, Portugal. You can visit the team whenever you want to, but anyone can work remotely regardless of their location. If you are selected to interview, we will have already taken your location into consideration and it should not be expected for you to relocate.
